	Fiordhem was originally a small fisherman's cottage which has been extended and modernised to provide a high degree of comfort, whilst all the traditional features of this lovely old house have been faithfully preserved. Standing as it does, twenty feet from the edge of Loch Eishort, with the water lapping under the garden gate, it commands breathtaking views of the Cuillin Mountains, and beckoning islands of Canna and Rum, and gives unparalleled opportunities for studying at close quarters, the abundant bird-life. Otters and seals also frequent the waters just over the garden wall, and the surrounding hills and glens ensure the perfect habitat for eagles, buzzards and deer.
