Who we are and what we do

Gramarye Studio is a small, friendly workshop located on a hilltop beside the village of Achmore in Lochalsh, Ross-shire. Set back from the road between Plockton and Stromeferry, the site enjoys a stunning view down the glen to the shoreline, towards Plockton, the Applecross peninsula, Raasay and Skye.
Working here throughout the year, Ann Coomber produces offbeat linocuts and colourful papier-mache items made of, or finished with, fine papers. You will also find unusual cards, notelets, gift tags, bookmarks and attractive gift packaging - all her own highly original, modern, quality designs.

A small selection of work produced at the studio is available by mail order to UK customers only - payment by old-fashioned cheque.
Ann Coomber also undertakes papier-mache commissions. Please ask when visiting the studio, email or telephone.
There is also parking and a disabled access ramp.

OPENING TIMES

You are most welcome to visit the studio during the summer months, but please telephone first to ensure that Annie is around.
