The vessels are fabricated in steel using BS4360 grade 43A shotblasted mild steel. All welded construction with a combination of longitudinal and transverse framing. 

All steel surfaces, fresh welds and grinding marks are primer painted as the work progresses by an experienced, skilled and dedicated workforce.

Final coatings - 2 part epoxy system on top of 1 x primer and 1 x undercoat giving a low maintenance finish.
