Looking out from the Shieling to Duncraig Castle

An enviable position adds to the charm of our home.
The previous house on the site, (Johns birthplace!) was built by Johns father just after World war 2 and the present low narrow house was built 21 years ago to resemble it as closely as possible.
It stands on a peninsula jutting out into the loch. One side of the Shieling faces the picturesque conservation village of Plockton while the other reaches down to the water.

The house is just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre along a footpath on top of a narrow causeway.

Parking is available at the front of the house.
